The First Tee Life Skills Experience is back!

The Tennessee Golf Foundation, The First Tee of Tennessee and Chattanooga Junior Golfers' Development Program are collaborating to bring       The First Tee Life Skills Experience back to the youngster in the Chattanooga area.  We will begin this summer.

Who may enroll?  Open to children ages 8 through High School Graduation.

Where will the classes be held?  2453 Hickory Valley Road at The UTC Practice Facility

When will classes be held?  (space will be limited, so act quickly)

PLAYer Class - SIX Tuesdays (June 19, June 26, July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31) from 4 PM to 6 PM

PLAYer Class - SIX Tuesdays (June 19, June 26, July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31) from 6 PM to 8 PM

Par Class - SIX Tuesdays (June 19, June 26, July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31) from 6 PM to 8 PM

Birdie Class - TBD based on interest

How much is the series fee?

$160 is the full on time fee

$120 is the Early Enrollment Fee (On-line registration and  On-line payment before May 31)

Which class should is the right class for my child?

All who are new to The First Tee Life Skills Experience must start in PLAYer Level.  Older children are likely to advance from PLAYer to Par sometime this Fall.  Younger children are likely to take multiple series and much practice to advance.

Par Level is open to those who were previously involved with The First Tee of Chattanooga and became PLAYer Certified.  They must be at least 9 years old.  If you are not sure whether your child has advanced or not, don't worry.  The First Tee still has our records.

Birdie Level is open to those who were previously involved with The First Tee of Chattanooga and became Par Certified.  They must be at least 11 year old.  If you are not sure whether your child has advanced or not, don't worry.  The First Tee still has our records.

How do I enroll my child?

All parents must enroll using the On-line Registration portal provided through The First Tee.

Previously in The First Tee? - After using link above, Click Forgot Password and follow instructions to set up a new password.  Do not set up a New Account.  Once you log in with new password, your child should be on the list and their level should also populate.  If you want to add another child, do that after you log in.  It is pretty simple if you take your time and look at the page.  Pick the child you want to enroll, then pick the class and follow the process as it unfolds.

New to The First Tee?  - After using the link above, set up new account, log in, add a child, enroll in a PLAYer class.  

The Early Enrollment Discount will be valid through May 31 unless the classes fill beforehand.

What if I need help with the process or want to know more about The First Tee?

We will be holding a parents meeting on Thursday, May 17 at 6:00 PM.  The Meeting will be held at Brainerd Golf Course.  Please let Coach Kathleen know if you plan to attend.  Email to juniorgolf4@gmail.com or text to 423-605-5788.  Please include your name.

You will see many familiar faces among our coaches.  We also expect to add new coaches in the months and years to come.
